Management Associate – Production

About the role

The Management Associate – Production will support manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical OSD environment. Working on the shop‑floor, you will be involved in batch manufacturing, equipment handling, coating processes and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and process batches of assigned products under supervision following BMRO instructions.
• Operate, clean and maintain production equipment and accessories according to SOPs.
• Maintain the production area and machines in line with GMP requirements.
• Perform in‑process checks, record results in BMR documents and ensure proper calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Execute line‑clearance activities during batch‑to‑batch and product‑to‑product changeovers.
• Handle and troubleshoot the ACG coating machine and related coating processes.
• Participate in required cGMP, on‑job and functional training.
• Comply with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EH&S requirements and report any quality concerns.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in pharma OSD shop‑floor production, tablet coating or related coating operations.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Vocational training in Pharmaceutical Technology or Electrical preferred.
• Full‑time availability.
