Maintenance Technician – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of Air Maniax's attractions and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and conduct daily safety inspections to minimise equipment downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of trampolines, inflatables, soft‑play equipment and other attractions.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including wiring, MCBs, distribution boards, motors, pumps, sensors and switches.
• Inspect, maintain and service blowers, air systems and inflatable equipment.
• Execute preventive‑maintenance tasks according to approved schedules and checklists.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, restoring service safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical panels and other facility systems.
• Coordinate specialised maintenance, repairs and service work with external vendors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, breakdown reports, preventive‑maintenance records and spare‑parts inventory.
• Identify recurring faults and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide maintenance support during events, weekends and peak operating periods while adhering to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on electrical troubleshooting skills with 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience in an FEC, amusement park, trampoline park, mall, hotel, manufacturing facility or similar environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently during equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.
• Safety‑conscious, disciplined, proactive and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing entertainment setting.
