Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Facility

About the role

Sealed Air is looking for a Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance department at its Abrera plant. The role covers both machinery and building upkeep, as well as technical development of the facility. You will report to the Maintenance Manager within the Supply Chain & Technical Maintenance area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Perform corrective maintenance interventions on equipment and infrastructure.
• Support new projects by overseeing the installation of new machines and/or buildings.
• Manage the spare‑parts inventory to ensure availability and cost‑effectiveness.
• Assist technical installation projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma or technical qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Degree or technical training in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of technical maintenance practices.
• English proficiency is desirable.
