Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will work full‑time on‑site at our facility in Erode, ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate reliably. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting to minimise downtime and support our industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily equipment inspections and record findings.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults promptly.
• Respond to breakdowns, document repairs, and update maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and technical staff to plan improvements.
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate tools and testing equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Vocational or technical certification in a mechanical/electrical trade (preferred).
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams and maintenance documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Physical capability to stand, lift and work with tools on‑site.
