Maintenance Engineer - Textile Recycling

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our textile recycling plant in Jaipur. The role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of processing and waste‑recovery equipment, supporting our mission to create a sustainable textile ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on textile processing and recycling machinery.
• Troubleshoot and service motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, VFD drives, control panels, sensors and related electrical systems.
• Monitor machine performance, maintain high availability and minimise downtime.
• Keep accurate maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, machine history and daily logs.
• Identify recurring issues and implement root‑cause corrective actions.
• Manage critical spare parts, consumables and inventory.
• Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance without impacting output.
• Assist in installation, commissioning and upkeep of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety, electrical safety and maintenance SOPs.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in textile manufacturing, fibre processing or textile waste‑recovery plants.
• Proven ability to work independently in a production environment.
