Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Machine Operator to run and monitor production and packaging machinery at our food manufacturing unit in Kuttipuram. The role focuses on ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting overall production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging machinery efficiently, ensuring proper setup before each shift.
• Monitor machine performance, report any issues or breakdowns immediately, and assist in basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to meet daily production targets and handle raw materials and finished goods correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to all safety and food‑safety procedures.
• Follow company SOPs and uphold hygiene standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Required profile

• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing, preferably in food or FMCG.
• Physically fit and able to work on the production floor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of production machinery and willingness to learn basic troubleshooting.
