Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at our Bengaluru property. You will lead patrols, manage access control, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a professional and courteous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Gather information, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, motivating, and coaching staff while upholding company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, handle guest interactions, and ensure quality service standards.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 kg unassisted.
• Strong observational skills and ability to read small‑print information.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
