Loss Prevention Executive – Security Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Executive to safeguard our property and ensure the safety of guests and employees. Based at our Bengaluru location, you will lead security operations, conduct inspections, and respond to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency‑response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, authorising and documenting access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS when required.
• Gather information, prepare incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all documents.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Escort unwelcome persons, enforce alcoholic beverage control laws and call for assistance using proper codes.
• Assist management with training, coaching and fostering a fair‑treatment culture.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets at all times.
• Provide courteous guest service, answer telephones with proper etiquette and support team goals.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stand, walk or run for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond quickly to incidents.
