Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Executive to safeguard our hospitality property in New Delhi. The role involves patrolling premises, securing rooms, and assisting guests with access while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and monitor access points.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to restricted zones.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching and upholding company policies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run and lift objects up to 50 kg unassisted.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• Key‑control audit procedures.
• First aid and CPR certification.
