Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and assets. This full‑time position involves proactive patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies to ensure a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and control access for guests and staff.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and interviews.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Assist management with employee training, motivation, and coaching.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and protect proprietary information.

• Strong observational skills and ability to act quickly in high‑pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and staff.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and company policies.
