Loss Prevention Agent

About the role

The Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests and employees at the Golf Course Square in Pune. Working full‑time on‑site, you will patrol the premises, monitor security systems and respond promptly to incidents to maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and control access to rooms and entrances.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems continuously.
• Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and lock entrances when required.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Handle guest or employee disturbances, defuse conflicts and call for external assistance when needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, shift summaries and loss‑prevention activity logs.
• Escort unwelcome persons, report vehicle accidents or thefts, and maintain confidentiality of all reports.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or run for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 kg unassisted.
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety training and licensing requirements where applicable.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• First aid and CPR certification.
