Logistics Team Lead – Amazon Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking a proactive Team Lead to manage real‑time ground operations at a high‑volume delivery hub. You will be responsible for overseeing package sorting, vehicle dispatch, and driver routing to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and optimize end‑to‑end shift operations while enforcing zero‑tolerance safety standards.
• Monitor live transit metrics, identify bottlenecks, and reallocate driver resources instantly.
• Lead, coach, and address daily concerns of station associates and third‑party contractors.
• Conduct high‑energy stand‑up meetings to align the floor team on processing targets and speed protocols.
• Report performance deviations and structural bottlenecks to senior site managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to lead in high‑pressure, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills for clearing bottlenecks with delivery partners and internal teams.
