Logistics Specialist 3 – AWS Infrastructure

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Logistics Specialist 3 to support inventory and fiscal processes for its Data Center Operations in India. The role will work closely with suppliers, internal teams and finance to ensure accurate documentation, safe handling of equipment and efficient material flow across AWS data centers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage public and confidential documentation related to data‑center logistics.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including loading, unloading and verification of equipment using pallet jacks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, track in‑stock components and generate regular metrics reports.
• Respond to internal and external queries, aligning with finance and inventory management teams.
• Document, update and publish logistics processes and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Highly autonomous and detail‑oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial processes and inventory management.
• Ability to self‑educate, meet goals without external support and work on material‑handling equipment.
