Logistics Manager – Retail/Fashion/FMCG

About the role

V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain operations across its regional hubs, warehouses, and retail stores. The role focuses on ensuring smooth transportation, inventory movement, and operational efficiency while maintaining cost control and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain operations across warehouses, hubs, and retail stores.
• Oversee transportation planning, dispatch management, and timely stock delivery.
• Coordinate activities between warehouses, vendors, transporters, and store operations teams.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock transfers, and replenishment processes.
• Drive warehouse operational efficiency and enforce SOP compliance.
• Track shipment status, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance metrics.
• Prepare logistics MIS reports, operational dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Optimize transportation costs and improve overall logistics productivity.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Lead warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational targets.
• Handle escalations related to delays, shortages, or operational issues.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives for supply‑chain optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply‑chain operations, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG.
• Experience with regional distribution centre operations and retail logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SCM software.
