Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Manager to own end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics operations for our fast‑growing fashion brand TIGC. You will ensure seamless material flow, accurate inventory, and on‑time dispatch across both direct‑to‑consumer and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns while maintaining SOPs and safety standards.
• Oversee dispatch planning and execution for D2C and B2B orders, ensuring SLA compliance and timely stock transfers between warehouses, marketplaces and retail locations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate reverse‑logistics and RTO processes.
• Supervise warehouse staff, drive productivity, and collaborate with 3PL partners, transport vendors and courier teams to resolve issues and optimize costs.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably in D2C/B2B and 3PL environments.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
