Logistics Manager – Bangalore

About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead and coordinate all logistics operations for our Bangalore hub. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, efficient delivery routing, and high‑quality customer service while managing a team of coordinators and delivery helpers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Manage, train and develop the Logistics Coordinator team, maintaining low attrition among delivery helpers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to resolve errors, cancellations and ensure timely order and return processing.
• Plan alternative order routes, monitor route adherence and reduce in‑transit cancellations.
• Negotiate and manage vendor agreements to achieve cost‑effective logistics solutions.
• Plan vehicle availability and daily manpower to meet delivery schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce damage.
• Monitor repair and installation turn‑around time (TAT) and handle escalations systematically.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in logistics management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
