Logistics Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Lead to oversee delivery operations, route optimisation and vendor management for our retail and e‑commerce business in Coimbatore. The role will ensure timely deliveries, manage a fleet of vehicles, and coordinate with courier partners to meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery operations and monitor TAT performance.
• Oversee enterprise client deliveries and e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, courier partner relationships and SLA compliance.
• Optimise routes and control logistics costs across multi‑city and pan‑India networks.
• Utilise Transport Management System (TMS) tools such as FarEye, LogiNext or Shipsy for planning and reporting.
• Lead a team of at least five direct reports and ensure governance and reporting standards.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution operations.
• Hands‑on experience managing own‑fleet or milk‑run operations.
• Proven track record in vendor management and courier partner coordination.
• Experience leading a team of minimum five members.
• Familiarity with TAT‑driven delivery environments and SLA management.
• Background in retail, electronics or consumer technology logistics is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Transport Management System platforms (e.g., FarEye, LogiNext, Shipsy).
