Logistics Engineer – Precast Concrete Installation

About the role

The Logistics Engineer will lead the planning and supervision of precast concrete erection on construction sites. You will ensure that all elements are installed in the correct sequence, alignment and tolerance, while coordinating closely with production, transport and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the erection and installation of precast concrete components, following approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with precast production, transport, and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery and proper staging of elements.
• Conduct pre‑erection checks to confirm foundation readiness, embedded plates, sleeves and availability of lifting equipment.
• Supervise lifting, placing and fixing of columns, beams, walls, facades, staircases and slabs, ensuring safety and correct alignment.
• Oversee the application of grout, sealants and connection systems (bolting, welding, dowels) and monitor curing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in precast concrete erection and site logistics.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, method statements and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth material flow on site.
