Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors and carriers to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and schedule dispatches.
• Track orders and monitor delivery status.
• Manage inventory levels and update internal stock systems.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
• Optimize routes and transportation costs.
• Monitor supply‑chain activities and prepare basic performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to maintain service quality.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret logistics data.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Customer‑service orientation to handle inquiries and delivery issues.
• Inventory‑management experience and knowledge of supply‑chain workflows.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing or operations coordination (preferred).
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (advantageous).
• Ability to work on‑site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under time constraints.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
