Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will work on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area, overseeing the end‑to‑end flow of freight between shippers, fleet suppliers and drivers. This full‑time position ensures timely dispatch, transit and delivery while maintaining accurate records in RAAHO’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shipments and update status in internal systems throughout the transport cycle.
• Communicate proactively with shippers, fleet suppliers and drivers to resolve delays or exceptions.
• Verify documentation, support load matching, route planning and pricing updates.
• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to improve service quality and compliance.
• Assist in maintaining capacity and pricing information on the platform.

Required profile

• Strong logistics and operations coordination experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills to prioritize tasks and handle exceptions.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or operations.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field is preferred, but not mandatory with strong experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Coimbatore, including occasional extended hours.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of logistics or transport management tools.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
