Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The FSTD Logistics Coordinator is the central point for all logistics activities related to Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) at Airbus India Training Centre. The role supports the team’s requirements, manages inventory, and ensures compliance with export control and dangerous goods regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate export and import operations with registered logistics vendors, monitoring export‑control requirements.
• Maintain the inventory store, ensuring accurate stock levels of hardware parts.
• Support logistics operations autonomously by understanding team needs and shipment/payment terms.
• Interact regularly with the FSTD maintenance team, procurement, and finance functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and data management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience in logistics operations and store management of hardware parts.
• Completed DG (dangerous goods) training and authorized to sign DG/Non‑DG certificates.
• Good understanding of export‑control requirements and customs payments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• DG (dangerous goods) handling certification.
• Experience with logistics operations and inventory management.
• Knowledge of export control and customs procedures.
