Logistics Coordinator – Inbound & Outbound Shipments

About the role

Join the logistics team to ensure products and materials move safely, efficiently, and on time. You will coordinate shipments, support customs clearance, and provide reliable delivery information across local and national scopes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, selecting optimal transportation solutions for timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, and authorities to execute shipments and meet customs requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation, customs declarations, permits, licenses, and certificates.
• Monitor shipment status, respond to enquiries, and proactively communicate updates, delays, and risks.
• Support transportation planning by providing freight cost analyses, route evaluations, and alternative shipping solutions while maintaining accurate logistics records.

Required profile

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or a related function.
• Good understanding of transportation processes, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and supply‑chain operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
