Location Manager - Retail Secured

About the role

The Location Manager – Retail Secured will lead the growth of secured lending products in the assigned area. You will be responsible for expanding the DSA channel network, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute sales growth opportunities at the local level, driving channel expansion and new account acquisition.
• Segment the market, approach direct clients, and structure customized loan offerings.
• Build strong relationships with DSA partners to influence outcomes and increase loan volumes.
• Track and report sales operations, productivity metrics, and pipeline status.
• Ensure compliance with credit appraisal, risk norms, and governance standards.
• Analyze operational data, MIS reports, and market trends to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with experience in LAP sales.
• Strong execution focus with result‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume sales environment.
• Leadership skills for team coaching and performance management.

Required skills

• Secured lending product knowledge (STSL, LAP, SME Loans).
• Understanding of credit appraisal, risk norms, and compliance.
• Financial acumen – ROI, IRR, fee income, portfolio quality.
• MIS analysis, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
