Localization Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Localization Specialist to train AI chatbots in both Hindi and English. The role involves creating and reviewing conversational content to improve the models’ linguistic accuracy and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chatbots in Hindi and English, conducting realistic conversations to assess progress.
• Write novel dialogue scripts that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to the bots and evaluate the quality of their outputs.
• Measure AI model performance for correctness, style, and brand voice compliance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Hindi.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Only candidates residing in India will be considered.
