Live Operations Analyst

About the role

The Live Operations Analyst supports Reveleer’s production environment by monitoring, diagnosing and recovering data workflows that power risk adjustment, quality improvement and member management for health‑plan customers. The role provides overnight delivery coverage and morning triage, working from documented runbooks and escalation procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled production workflows, delivery windows, file movement, processing status and operational alerts.
• Perform first‑pass diagnosis of failed, delayed or incomplete workflows, including submissions analysis and member‑management troubleshooting.
• Execute approved rerun, reprocess, recovery, configuration and validation procedures and verify successful completion.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Lead Live Operations Engineer when they fall outside runbook scope or require Tier 3 intervention.
• Operate and monitor Flatfile ingestion workflows and MuleSoft integration flows, handling status checks, first‑pass diagnosis and evidence collection for escalations.
• Maintain accurate runbook and ticket documentation for all actions performed.

Required profile

• Practical experience in Tier 1‑2 production operations with responsibility for overnight and morning coverage.
• Ability to follow documented runbooks, ticketing procedures and escalation protocols.
• Strong judgment to recognize when an issue exceeds approved procedures.
• Attention to detail and disciplined execution of repeatable production tasks.
