Litigation Associate – Supreme Court & High Courts

About the role
Mandla & Singh Law Chambers is seeking motivated law graduates and advocates to join its litigation team. The role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and various tribunals, building a long‑term practice in multi‑forum litigation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits and other court documents.
- Participate in client conferences to gather facts and advise on case direction.
- Manage case files, coordinate with senior counsel and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.
- Represent the firm in court proceedings across diverse practice areas.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong research and drafting abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, dependable and able to take ownership of work.
- Motivated to develop a serious litigation practice.
- Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and drafting is an advantage.
