About the role

LVI Attorneys LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Jaipur office. The role involves handling civil litigation matters and representing clients in courts.

Key responsibilities

Regular appearance before District & Sessions Courts.
Handle cases under the MSME Development Act and the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and provide advocacy.
Independently manage assigned litigation matters with minimal supervision.

Required profile

3–5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
Strong academic background.
