Linux System Administrator

About the role

StableCluster Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic Linux System Administrator to keep more than 5,000 websites running smoothly. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our hosting infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor load, uptime and service performance of physical web servers.
• Analyze abuse patterns, detect and mitigate DDoS attacks.
• Deploy and configure new servers at the software level.
• Develop supervision scripts for FTP, Litespeed, Imunify360, CloudLinux OS, MySQL, JetBackup and related services.
• Communicate with customers via email and live chat to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate internal teams and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
• Automate optimization tasks using Ansible and other tooling.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Linux server support, emergency administration, and performance tuning in a multi‑tenant environment.
• Knowledge of DNS clustering, failover, and geolocation routing.
• Familiarity with cPanel, CloudLinux, Imunify360, JetBackup, Mailchannel, SpamExperts, Litespeed, Memcached, MariaDB, Redis and virtualization platforms.
• Basic debugging skills for WordPress, Node.js, Python and PHP applications.
• Patience and perseverance to assist non‑technical users.
• RHCSA/RHCE certification preferred and up‑to‑date cPanel University certifications.
