About the role

The Lifeguard ensures the safety of guests in the hotel’s pool and beach areas, preventing drowning incidents and responding to emergencies. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, supporting guests while upholding the brand’s safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool and beach areas continuously to prevent drowning and other water‑related hazards.
• Maintain and update all safety signage in the assigned zones.
• Hold a valid governmental Lifeguard certification and renew it as required.
• Prepare and submit hazard reports to management during each shift.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and manage drowning incidents according to established protocols.
• Assist in other hotel areas as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
• Support health, safety, and hygiene policies, including waste reduction and energy‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational qualification.
• Current governmental Lifeguard certification.
• First‑aid certification and knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to various hotel areas.
• Awareness of hotel health, safety, and environmental policies.
