Life Science CRM Consultant (Veeva/Salesforce)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Life Science CRM Consultant to help leading pharma, biotech and med‑tech clients design, configure and optimise commercial CRM platforms. You will work across multiple Indian locations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate complex field‑force, medical affairs and key‑account processes into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Veeva CRM, Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for pharma, biotech and med‑tech clients.
• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops and map current‑to‑future commercial, medical and IT processes.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and manage backlog within Scrum or SAFe delivery models.
• Configure role‑specific CRM experiences for field reps, MSLs, KAMs, sales managers and marketing teams.
• Co‑lead proposals and business‑development activities, contributing CRM expertise.
• Develop reusable assets, methodologies and thought‑leadership on CRM innovation.

Required profile

• B.Tech/BE/B.Pharma plus MBA (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years (preferably 3‑8 years) of consulting experience in life‑science commercial CRM.
• Strong understanding of pharma commercial processes and AI‑enabled CRM.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM, Vault CRM and/or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum or SAFe) and backlog management.
• Business analysis – process mapping, gap analysis, user‑story creation.
• Knowledge of AI in CRM (Agentic AI, Agentforce).
