Legal Team Member – Litigation & Contract Management

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Team Member to lead the handling of legal matters for the CFI sector. You will independently manage litigation, contracts, compliance risk and support business initiatives through expert legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize pending litigation, coordinate with counsel, and drive timely resolution.
• Partner with business teams to draft, review and finalize commercial contracts, EPC agreements, technology and renewable projects, land deals, MoUs and NDAs.
• Support implementation of a Contract Management System and ensure post‑transaction continuity.
• Conduct audits of unit compliance, highlight issues, and follow up on audit findings.
• Monitor legal developments, conduct workshops, and provide training to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• LLB degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to manage litigation and complex contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory compliance.
