Legal Specialist – Dispute Resolution (Multiple Cities)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Specialist to join India’s leading dispute‑resolution firm. You will work on protecting client rights in financial contracts and support senior lawyers in achieving resolution objectives through mediation and arbitration.

Key responsibilities

• Protect clients' legal rights in financial contracts.
• Assist senior lawyers with client resolution strategies.
• Draft legal documents and submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to client acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Help clients resolve disputes via mediation and arbitration.
• Support negotiations and discussions with stakeholders.

Required profile

• LLB or LLM degree, graduating batch 2025/2026.
• Strong interest in mediation and arbitration, not litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work fixed hours (10 AM‑6 PM) without late nights.
