About the role
Khazana Jewellery is seeking an experienced Legal Manager to oversee all legal matters across its manufacturing and real‑estate operations. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, protecting intellectual property, and representing the company in consumer and litigation matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including business agreements and lease deeds.
- Manage trademark protection, defend against infringement, and handle other intellectual‑property issues.
- Respond to consumer cases and represent the company before judicial and quasi‑judicial forums.
- Oversee litigation, court procedures, and any legal issues arising from day‑to‑day business activities.
Required profile
- Law degree from a recognized institution (5‑year regular program or 3‑year LLB with graduation).
- 7–10 years of post‑qualification experience in a medium or large organization or law firm.
- Strong understanding of contract law, trademark law, and civil litigation.
