About the role
We are an established litigation office in Chandigarh offering a legal internship focused on litigation and dispute resolution. The intern will support our team handling criminal, constitutional, civil matters and cases before various courts and quasi‑judicial forums.
Key responsibilities
- Draft petitions, replies and pleadings for ongoing cases.
- Research case laws and legal propositions.
- Update the knowledge bank with the latest case law developments.
- Prepare notes on current matters.
- Assist in the conduct of cases across High Court, subordinate courts and forums such as ITAT, CAT, DRT, RERA and AFT.
