Legal Internship – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

About the role

We are seeking a motivated legal intern to join our litigation office in New Chandigarh. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to civil, criminal and constitutional matters before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana and various subordinate courts, as well as quasi‑judicial forums.

Key responsibilities

• Draft petitions, replies, pleadings and other court documents under senior counsel supervision.
• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes and legal propositions.
• Update and maintain the firm’s knowledge bank with recent judgments and statutes.
• Prepare briefing notes and summaries on ongoing matters.
• Assist in case preparation and support the conduct of hearings.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a law degree (LL.B or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
