Legal Executive – SaaS Contracts (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Executive to join our team in Thane. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS and service agreements while supporting our global operations on a US night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align contractual terms with business objectives.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with proper version control and documentation.
• Respond to client and vendor contract‑related queries.
• Assist with legal research and compliance activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract drafting and review, preferably in SaaS or service agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones.
