Legal Executive – Litigation & Regulatory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Executive to manage end‑to‑end litigation and regulatory matters across a broad spectrum of law areas. The role involves direct interaction with courts, tribunals, and external counsel, ensuring timely and effective resolution of disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle civil, criminal, labour/IR, consumer, arbitration, NCLT, NGT and IPR cases from filing to final judgment.
• Draft and vet suits, plaints, written statements, affidavits, agreements, MoUs, deeds and other legal documents.
• Manage court proceedings before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court and various tribunals.
• Coordinate with senior advocates, external law firms and counsel, providing briefings and follow‑ups.
• Conduct land law research, title verification and liaise with revenue and government authorities.
• Negotiate settlements, handle government liaison, and resolve disputes with vendors and contractors.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in litigation and regulatory matters.
• Strong knowledge of Indian land laws, court procedures and various statutory regimes.
• Fluency in reading and writing Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Excellent drafting, communication and computer skills.
