Legal Executive – Corporate Secretarial & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Executive to join a leading multinational organisation in West India. The role focuses on corporate secretarial compliance, statutory filings, and supporting board activities while ensuring robust legal and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate secretarial compliance and statutory filings under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Prepare board and general meeting agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
• Draft, review, and renew contracts across the business.
• Handle legal documentation, correspondence, and overall compliance management.
• Coordinate trademark filings and provide IP‑related support.
• Collaborate with senior Legal & Compliance leadership on governance and corporate legal matters.

Required profile

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with an LLB degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal and compliance functions, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Exposure to the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
