Legal Counsel

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a fast‑growing US‑headquartered product company’s India hub. You will act as the primary legal partner for product, commercial and corporate teams, handling contracts, risk assessments and regulatory queries.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate customer, vendor and partner agreements.
• Advise business units on data‑privacy, intellectual‑property and product‑licensing matters.
• Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks and standards.
• Partner with sales, product and finance to answer day‑to‑day legal questions.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose practical solutions.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of post‑qualification experience in commercial or corporate law.
• LLB with enrolment as an advocate or equivalent qualification.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable remote‑work setup.
