Legal Consultant – Dispute Resolution (Multiple Locations)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Consultant to join India’s leading dispute‑resolution firm. You will work alongside a team of alumni from top institutes and help protect client interests in financial contracts through mediation and arbitration.

Key responsibilities

• Protect clients' legal rights in financial contracts.
• Assist senior lawyers in achieving client resolution objectives.
• Draft legal documents and submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to client acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Help clients resolve disputes via mediation and arbitration.
• Support negotiations and discussions with stakeholders.

Required profile

• LLB or LLM degree, graduating batch 2025/2026.
• Strong interest in mediation and arbitration, with no litigation focus.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Drafting of legal documents and regulatory submissions.
• Understanding of mediation and arbitration processes.
• Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
