Legal Associate / Senior Associate Position in Delhi

About the role

S&A Law Offices, a full‑service law firm based in Delhi, is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding legal team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality legal advice across a range of practice areas, support senior partners, and contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation and alternate dispute resolution matters for corporate and individual clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, commercial transaction documents, and corporate agreements.
• Provide counsel on intellectual property rights, indirect tax, customs, and trade regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, prepare pleadings, and support case strategy development.
• Assist in valuation and advisory services related to mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare legal opinions, and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
• Familiarity with litigation, corporate, IP, tax, and customs law.
• Experience with case‑management software and drafting legal documents.
