Legal Associate – Litigation & Corporate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Associate to join our team and support both litigation and corporate matters. The role offers exposure to a variety of legal assignments, including work under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in handling litigation and corporate cases.
• Draft pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Support matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Maintain case files and ensure timely compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in litigation or corporate practice.
• Strong drafting and legal research abilities.
• Familiarity with IBC matters is preferred.
