Legal Associate

About the role

Vianaar Group, a leading premium real‑estate developer, is seeking a motivated Legal Associate to join its in‑house legal team in Mapusa, Goa. You will work on high‑value property projects, supporting both internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company in litigation before courts and statutory authorities.
• Conduct legal due diligence on property titles.
• Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams and clients on real‑estate laws.
• Ensure inter‑departmental legal compliance and support.
• Coordinate with government bodies and assist in forming Co‑operative Housing Societies.
• Collaborate with external counsel and prepare briefs as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in real‑estate matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and Konkani.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player.
