Legal Analyst

About the role

Legal Savvy is seeking a Legal Analyst to support clients facing financial distress. The role blends legal expertise with a practical, solution‑oriented mindset to help resolve complex loan settlement and debt recovery cases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
• Draft, review, and finalize settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and clients to facilitate negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Prepare detailed case summaries and maintain accurate legal documentation.
• Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial regulations.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and provide expert legal assistance.
• Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution forums as required.

Required profile

• BA LLB, BBA LLB or LLB graduate (freshers preferred).
• Fluency in Telugu and English; Kannada is a plus.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of banking, debt recovery, and ADR frameworks is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle sensitive client situations.
