Legal Analyst

About the role

Frontline Managed Services is seeking a Legal Analyst to join its team in Porvorim, Goa. The role focuses on preparing fully compliant legal invoices in line with client payer billing guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for law‑firm clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and approve legal invoices and pre‑bills according to client billing guidelines.
• Review system‑generated changes and conduct detailed manual checks of all line entries.
• Generate invoice preparation reports and analyse outcomes to recommend actions.
• Assess staffing, timing, and reasonableness of time spent on tasks using legal expertise.
• Communicate with law firms and internal billing/administrative teams to clarify documentation and streamline invoice processes.

Required profile

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense or Workers' Compensation Defense.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Windows‑based platforms.
• Working knowledge of database systems (a plus).
