Learning & Talent Manager (Senior)

About the role

Godrej Properties Limited is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its Learning Academy and drive talent development across the organization. The role combines strategic learning design with hands‑on program management, supporting both behavioural and leadership capability tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate the GPL Learning Academy end‑to‑end, from diagnostics to program delivery.
• Design and manage behavioural, managerial and leadership capability tracks aligned with business needs.
• Partner with external learning vendors and manage contractual relationships.
• Conduct business‑need diagnostics and translate findings into targeted learning interventions.
• Support organization‑wide projects and processes related to talent development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources from a top institute (e.g., XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI).
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in learning and development.
• Strong problem‑solving ability linking business priorities to learning solutions.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills to work across zones and diverse teams.
• Ability to analyse multiple data inputs and present fact‑based recommendations.
