About the role
The Learning Officer will support the Learning Manager in delivering high‑quality training and development services within the hotel. This role ensures consistent administrative assistance to internal customers and contributes to the smooth operation of the Learning Department.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent and consistent administrative support to internal customers.
- Assist the Learning Manager with day‑to‑day operations of the Learning Department.
- Help coordinate training sessions, maintain learning records, and support logistical arrangements.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources or a business‑related field.
- Experience in hotel‑related operational roles is considered a valuable advantage.
