Learning Facilitator – Civil/Construction (Online)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Facilitator to drive learner success for our Civil/Construction management programmes. The role involves guiding students through a self‑paced online environment, ensuring they stay engaged, meet milestones and complete their courses.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end learner journey, from orientation to course completion.
• Conduct orientation sessions covering LMS navigation, course structure, assessments and timelines.
• Monitor progress against defined milestones and follow up on pending submissions.
• Identify at‑risk learners and intervene promptly to improve outcomes.
• Provide academic guidance on modules, assignments, academic writing and referencing standards.
• Review assessments where applicable and deliver clear, constructive feedback.
• Run doubt‑clearing and feedback sessions, webinars, workshops and discussion forums.
• Support learners with research projects and final evaluations.
• Maintain accurate learner data and track engagement in the LMS and related tools.
• Contribute to course improvements, content reviews and share learner insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil/Construction Management or MBA (UGC NET preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in teaching, mentoring, academic support or EdTech.
• Strong conceptual clarity in management subjects and ability to work in a self‑paced digital learning environment.
• Excellent communication, patience and a strong ownership mindset toward learner outcomes.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with tracking tools and Google Sheets.
