Learning & Development Trainer – Chennai

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The trainer will support UFF sites, third‑party hubs and dark stores by identifying knowledge gaps, delivering training and monitoring performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and fill knowledge gaps to achieve business goals.
• Recommend and support hubs and dark stores to meet targets.
• Track site performance and schedule training interventions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for assigned sites.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM via ITL or digital platforms.
• Deliver continuous learning courses to site L&D teams.
• Maintain data analysis and reporting in Excel.
• Ensure timely completion of digital new‑hire training, coaching and performance‑improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders for site health checks and immediate gap resolution.
• Identify, certify and develop learning coaches.
• Lead improvement projects to boost business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics.
• Facilitate Zoom and classroom sessions for stakeholders.
• Travel to various hubs as required.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel to mapped hubs and dark stores.
• Ability to engage with hub points of contact and provide daily reporting.
