Learning & Development Manager – Mumbai (Lower Parel)

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead skill‑building initiatives for our Sales, Production and Logistics teams in Mumbai. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that boost performance and client interaction quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute orientation programs for Sales, Production and Logistics teams.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and act as a consultant for on‑the‑job challenges.
• Observe client interactions to pinpoint improvement areas and determine training needs for individuals and groups.
• Organise role‑playing activities and simulations to handle difficult client cases, including objection handling.
• Apply diverse training techniques such as gamification, case studies and group activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of curricula, training materials and outcomes.
• Implement a continuous‑learning system using available platforms to share content, assess personnel and measure ROI.
• Develop or source content modules for functional areas beyond front‑end sales, including production, logistics, marketing and technology.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify gaps.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, production and logistics teams.

Required skills

• Experience with gamification, case‑study based learning, and role‑play simulations.
• Familiarity with learning management platforms for content distribution and tracking.
